Було дуже брудно і ми неоднаразово повідомляли власників, вони намагалися вирішити цю проблему, проте це були максимально байдужі спроби. Прибиральниця зайшла на 5 хвилин, поскладала тарілки які ми витягнули, аби показати які вони брудні і після такого прибирання пішла додому. За ту вартість це взагалі невідповідні апартаменти

In generell our stay was ok, until last night with unexpected privat birthday party until 4am with our house with a lot Positive: - Location right at the city center - very unique furniture - bar of trust Negative: - ground floor and basement of this house is rented as a e.g. privat birthday parties with a dancing club room incl. proper sound system (very loud until early morning time) - unfortunately without any prewarning from landlord) - be ready to climb very steep wooden stairs into and within apartment - directly in front of a club on the opposite site of the street - leaking of bath from upper floor down to the kitchen

Was fantastic and look forward to visiting again. Positive: Super unique and full of character. Close to the city centre. Negative: It is in the centre of town and on a very lively street. Expect plenty of nightlife. The stairs leading to the unit are very steep and small but that is to be expected in AMS.
